I am having communication problems with you.

I have 2 problems and i having not answer.

1- You ship by TNT and TNT chage me shipping cost here. I sent you the bill scan as well i contacted TNT and they sent you the bill as well. I paid 30 USD to you for shippin g cost , so it makes no sense to pay twice my shipping cost. You ned to make me a partial refund.

2- I opened my package and THERE IS NO TTA20 to USB CABLE, and is a virtually imposible to find cable. The TTA20 to USB HOST was not in the package as well.

The ODROID-S is a great unit, but please contact me and answer me to find a solution on this problem.

As I heard from sales team, the TNT shipping cost related issue seems to be already resolved.
I think you already got the answer from odroid at hardkernel dot com.

If you don't have the USB cable, you can't charge the ODROID-S.
So, you must have it.

BTW, we already shipped the additional USB cable and an USB host connector via normal air mail.

So , you think that pay 30 USD first and then 50 USD more here for shipping costs, is a solution?

We got a deal. I got an offer that said: EMS, 30 USD SHIPPING COST. In my country the PAROLE IS SACRED and we acomplish any deal , any letter in a deal.

I did my part, but i finally pay to TNT 80 USD: 30 to you, and 50 here. So it is honorable to refund me the 50 USD extra shipping cost TNT cash me here.

The bill is on this message , also the manager from TNT URUGUAY emailed you and confirmed it was SHIPPING COST.

Now show all your future clients that in case they need to pay EXTRA SHIPPING COST you will assume the risk, and make the properly refund or be clear with your potential customers and say : "if the shipping company we use want to cash you 50 USD more for shipping cost is at your own risk".

I feel i am dealing with honest people, and i want to support this project. But please act in the right way and refund me the extra shipping cost, 50 USD i paid and i proof i paid.

PD: i was charging my Odroud using a STANDARD EXTERNAL battery charger, i charge the battery OUTSIDE the Odroid, then wen charged i put it on the Odroid again. That is why i was able to use it.

you are right the delivery Term is Sender pay and you registered as DDU term [NOT including TAX and Custom process fee] !

Your package was finally done by HB which means the package was undertaken by Broker that the "shipping charge" might be the transit charge when the package released from custom.

But, more detail.. let me check with TNT UY for this case !

Wen a package enter a country, custom is the first authority that see it , and then 2 things can happen:

1- Custom retain the package because consider taxes must be paid.
2- Custom consider the package doesn´t need to pay taxes and release the package.

In case 2, the SHIPPING COMPANY (in this case TNT) should pick the item from custom and give me the item IN MY HANDS. No cost at all of course. In the case 1 custom let the SHIPPING COMPANY know that the package must pay taxes and give them a notification for the receiver. Of course they need to give this notification as long they can´t deliver the package.

This service was already paid: the shipping service, right? It is not related with TAXES, customs fees, etc. Or the package or the documentation: you need to give me one of these 2 things.

Ok i got the documentation and I WENT TO CUSTOM. Then i paid ALL THE CUSTOM FEES MYSELF.

But the BILL IS FROM TNT , and was BEFORE i went CUSTOM, and states SHIPPING TRANSFER CHARGES.

I will update with all the custom documentation if needed were i paid all my taxes, customs fees, etc. So once again, i paid shipping costs twice.

I know is not HARDKERNEL´s fault. It is TNT fault. But if TNT don´t respond, of course sender must respond, because sender was who contracted the shipping company not me.

So SOMEONE must give me a refund.
