    Hi,

    We are going to design an Android tablet with the peripherals like , USB, Touch Screen , Microphone, TV out , Speakers, SD Card, Camera etc. The booting time must be less than or equal to 20 Seconds . Can you suggest a configuration which will satisfy our requirement?

    hi, i am also searching for tablet and smartphone design. i saw your question "which dev board to use to make tablet". but unfortunately no one has replied yet. i m also having the same problem. if you got the answer for how to make tablet or smartphone please let me know. if i know i ll let you know.please help me in making my dream come true. i dream is to make cheaper smartphone and tablets .
    if possoible we can work together to make smartphone and tablet

    Hi,
    but for smatphone it's necessary shrink the features of Odroid-A in a form factor like
    an iPhone (I mean 3,5" lcd).
    It would be perfect for my company !

    I think you need a Odroid-e4. But it isnt avalible now. Hardkernel's developers said that it will be realised in november.You can read about it here.
    Also you can use Android dev phone or nokia n9 version for developers.You see there are many phone-like boards. Can you tell me more parameters of board youwant to find ?

    Yes, I know E4 will arrive, but 4" is still too big for our project.

    We have been assigned a project by European Community to develop the first Android handheld for hospital applications.
    The necessary hardware features are those of an E7, but with a 3.5" Lcd capacitive touch screen and NFC capabilities. We'll add also a barcode reader on a free com port, but it's the easier part.
    Our requirements are ready, but we have still to find the partner; we have asked Odroid availability for such work because of their proven experience.

    Thank you, I know all OMAP based platform, but I prefer Samsung cpu.
    Also the Odroid platform are more near to the form factor we want.
