Oscilloscope source code for ODROID-7

We introduced small oscilloscope project couple of weeks ago.

This file is a source code of oscilloscope.
To build it, you need Google's SDK and NDK.

Device driver part for ADC control is merged into Linux kernel source.
It will be accessible very soon.

Graphical user interface and basic motivation were given by Yus's great work in Philippines.
