As I know, there was a PCB design guide for S5PC100.
You can learn how to design the USB, HDMI and other high speed path.
I also can say there is a "Hardware design guide for S5PC11x".
Please contact your local distributor to get it.
We have no right to release those restricted documents.
I think you don't need to spend much time for PCB design, because DDR memory is already embedded in S5PC110.
